1- "Go to your customer area, click on the "Multi-account access" tab then click on the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button.
2- Type your email address, enter a password and confirm it.
3- Click on "Next" and complete your personal information then click on "VALIDATE".
4- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It contains a link that you must visit to activate your account. Note that the link is valid for only 30 minutes.
5- Once activated, you can access the new customer area from the Multi-account Access tab.
This new customer area will allow you to manage all of your services (domain name, hosting, professional email, etc.).
To manage a service, click on Services then My services.
You can access the management panel for each service, renew services together or separately, and enable / disable the classic access of services.
Click on to access the management panel of the selected service.
Click on to renew the selected service.
