To authenticate your support requests securely and without having to disclose your passwords, you must generate a support code for your account. This is a confidential code that you can use when interacting with our agents. It is valid for 5 days.
To generate the support code, follow the steps below:
1- Log in to your customer area using the following information:
- URL: www.heberjahiz.com/client
- Username: the username of your domain name or your account
- Password: the account password
2- Click on "Support"
3- In the "CONTACT SUPPORT" section, click on "Generate a new Support PIN"
4- The support code will automatically appear below the button "Generate a new Support PIN".
5- The support code will be valid and available in your customer area for 5 days. After that, if you need assistance, you must create a new code by following the steps described above.
