In this guide, we will show you how to set up your email account on Mozilla Thunderbird for PC and Mac. We opt for the configuration of the e-mail account in IMAP, with SSL. 1. Open Thunderbird.
2. On the window Welcome to Thunderbird, click Email.

3. On the window Mail Account Setup, enter your name, email address and password, then click Manual config button.
- Your Name: Enter your name
- Email Address: Enter your e-mail address
- Password: Enter your password

4. On the next window, you will be prompted to provide the essential information for your email account.
- Your Name: Enter your name
- Email Address: Enter your e-mail address
- Password: Enter your password
- Incoming:
- Select IMAP
- Server hostname: Enter mail.domain.com *
- Port: 993
- SSL: Select SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Normal password
- Outgoing :
- Server hostname :Enter mail.domaine.com *
- Port : 465
- SSL : Select SSL/TLS
- Authentication : Normal password
- Username : Enter your e-mail address for both Incoming and Outgoing.

5. Click Done.
