Heberjahiz technical support offers remote access to customers' workstations in order to assist them directly in setting up an email account (on a client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, etc.) and in resolving any malfunctions they may encounter.
We use the known software "TeamViewer" which is software for remote assistance, control and remote access to computers and other terminals.
To enable us to assist you remotely, you need to download and install "TeamViewer", it will only take a few minutes by following the steps below:
From a Windows workstation
- Go directly to the link https://www.hj.ma/tv on your browser to download "TeamViewer".
- Once downloaded, launch the "TeamViewerQS.exe" file.
- Proceed with the installation by checking the box "J'accepte le CLUF et le DPA" and clicking on "Continuer".
- Once installed, "TeamViewer" will launch and show you your username and password which you must provide to us on the ticket being processed so that we can access your machine and assist you.
From a MacOS workstation
- Go directly to the link https://www.hj.ma/tv on your browser to download "TeamViewer".
- Once downloaded, unzip the "TeamViewerQS.zip" file.
- Then launch the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" application.
- You must authorize Screen Recording and Device Access for us to access your machine. To do so, follow these instructions:
- Go to "Préférences Système".
- Click on "Sécurité et confidentialité".
- Go to the "Confidentialité" tab, select "Enregistrement de l'écran" and then check "TeamViewer QuickSupport".
- Then select "Accessibilité" and check "TeamViewer QuickSupport".
- TeamViewer QuickSupport will show you your ID and password which you must provide to us on the ticket being processed.
