Since January 2014, ICANN (Internet Regulatory Authority) has published new rules for validating e-mail addresses for new domain names.
This is a required and important step that specifically affects all generic top-level domains (gTLDs) such as .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ or .INFO as well as any new gTLDs.
When you register a domain name, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. Registrants must validate their domain within 15 days of registration, transfer or any change of information. In the absence of verification, the domain will be suspended, interrupting all associated services (website, emails, subdomains).
If your email address has already been verified, new domains registered or transferred will be automatically verified.
To reactivate a suspended domain, click on the verification link sent by email. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folders or resend the email from your customer area. Make sure the WHOIS email address is correct and accessible.
You'll receive an automatic e-mail with a validation link allowing you to verify your e-mail address.
IMPORTANT: The verification link must begin with https://control.heberjahiz.com/. Instead of clicking on the link, we recommend you copy/paste it into your web browser's address bar.
