Web Disk is a service based on the WebDAV protocol (Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning) that allows you to save, view, synchronize and manage your files online (documents, photos, audio, videos, etc.) from your hosting account on one or more devices (computer , smartphone, tablet).

Configure my Web Disk account on Windows
To set up a Web Disk account on Windows, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Start > Computer, then right click on Computer and click on Add a network location.
2. Click on "Next".
3. Click on "Choose a custom network location" then click on "Next".
4. Enter the URL https://domaine.com:2078 then click on Next.
Replace domain.com with your domain name.
5. Type your username and password and click on OK.
Username: The cPanel username if this is the primary account, otherwise username@domain.com if it is an additional account.
Password: The account password.
Check "Remember this information" to log in automatically without having to enter your credentials each time.
6. Give the new location a name, then confirm the creation of the shortcut.
7. Click on "Finish".
Configure my Web Disk account on Mac
To set up your Web Disk account on macOS, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the icon "Finder".
2. Click on the Go menu, then Connect to server...
3. In the Connect to Server window, enter the URL https://domain.com:2078 then click on Connect.
Replace domain.com with your domain name.
4. Type the username and password of the Web Disk account, then click Connect.
- Username: The cPanel username if this is the primary account, otherwise username@domain.com if it is an additional account.
- Password: The account password.
Check "Keep this password in my keychain" to log in automatically without having to enter your credentials each time.
5. You now have access to the files located in the Web Disk account.
