How to configure the whitelist on cPanel

To proceed with the configuration, go to cPanel > Spam Filters.

Click Show Additional Configurations.

Click on "Add a new "Whitelist_form" item"

Enter:

• *@domain.com to add all email addresses from a specific domain to the whitelist, or
• example@domain.com to add a specific email address.

Then click Update Whitelist (whitelist_from).
