You can configure an autoresponder that sends a predefined response to all received emails.
Follow the instructions below to create an automatic reply:
Create an autoresponder for an email account in cPanel
1. Log in to your cPanel.
2. Go to EMAIL > Autoresponders.
3. Click Add Autoresponder.
4. Complete the fields below:
- Character set: the default is utf-8, you can choose the type of encoding you want.
- Interval: the number of hours to wait between replies sent to the same email address. To always send a response to the same address, enter "0 hours".
- Email: the email address for which you want to configure the automatic response.
- From: the email address that will appear as the sending address.
- Subject: the subject of the automatic message.
- HTML: check this option if your answer contains HTML code.
- Body: the content of your automatic response.
- Start: from what date the set response must be delivered.
- Stop: from what date the set response must be disabled.
5. Click on Create.
Create an autoresponder for an email account in Webmail
1. Log in to Webmail using your email address
2. Click on Autoresponders
3. Click on Add Autoresponder
4. Fill in the fields bellow:
- Character set: the default is utf-8, you can choose the type of encoding you want.
- Interval: the number of hours to wait between replies sent to the same email address. To always send a response to the same address, enter "0 hours".
- Email: the email address for which you want to configure the automatic response.
- From: the email address that will appear as the sending address.
- Subject: the subject of the automatic message.

- Body: the content of your automatic response.
- Start: from what date the set response must be delivered.
- Stop: from what date the set response must be disabled.
5. Click on Create
