Multi-factor authentication (MFA) on Plesk is an additional layer of security to protect access to your Plesk control panel.
When you install and activate Google Authenticator or another MFA application, users must provide their password and a unique access code generated by the application installed on their mobile device to log in.
To disable multi-factor authentication, follow these steps:
1. Log on to Plesk.
2. Go to "Compte".
3. Then click on "Mon profil" or on your name and "Éditer le profil".
4. click on "Modifier les paramètres actuels MFA".
5. Uncheck "Activer l'authentification multifacteur" and click "Save" to confirm deactivation.
