Updating your site or mishandling your account may cause the account to stop working properly. For these reasons, it is recommended to regularly back up your data (website, databases, emails ...).
These backups will allow you to quickly restore your data. You can perfom full or incremental backups.

How to download a backup copy?
1. Log in to your Plesk account and click on Backup Manager.
2. Click on Back Up.
3. Choose the data to back up and the type of backup (full or incremental) then click on OK.
4. To download a backup, click on the creation date or the green arrow to the right.
5. To protect your backup with a password, check "Use password protection (recommended)", enter a password then confirm it and click OK.
6. You can enable automatic backups from the "Schedule" option.
7. Check "Activate this backup task", set the automatic backup options then click on OK to validate.
How to restore a backup copy?
1. Log in to your Plesk account and click on Backup Manager.
2. Click on the creation date of the backup to restore.
3. Then select the data to restore and click on "Restore".
4. To restore a backup you previously downloaded, click on "Upload".
5. Then click on "Browse..." to choose the backup file from your computer, and click OK.
Wait for the data to load and voila! You were able to restore your backup.
